The Silver Streak Pothos (Epipremnum amplissimum) is a unique, low-maintenance houseplant with slender, lance-like leaves that have thin silver streaks. It can climb up to 6 feet and is native to Southeast Asia and Australia
- Appearance: Silvery blue-green leaves with faint silver brush marks that look like paintbrush strokes. Leaves stay slender and don't fenestrate.
- Care: Thrives in bright light, average temperatures, and moderate to high humidity. Water when the top half of the potting mix is dry.
- Growth: Can climb a moss pole or totem, trail from a basket, or be pruned to be bushy.
- Toxicity: May be toxic to children and pets.
- Origin: First described in 1863 and native to Southeast Asia and Australia.
